Due to their properties polyurethane (PU) enables production of elements of unusual strength. One of our branches has been producing PU foams for many years.

Meeting the market’s demands we offer a wide range of polyurethane products applying two process technologies:

• hot casting of polyurethane produced in a modern, 3-chamber machine with a dosing and mixing head
• injection of urethane resin (AU/EU) and thermoplastic elastomers (TPE-U).

Polyurethane foams (PUGA) offered by ‘Gasket Sp. z o.o.’ are produced on the basis of many years of experiments and cooperation with the world’s leading research and scientific centres. Our experience helped us to elaborate an appropriate selection and composition of components, which determine their properties. The process of casting and stabilizing in the right thermal conditions influences directly the function, reliability and durability of the end product.

Products and technologies applied are approved for use in various branches of industry (e.g. certificate no. B/1511/2006 GIG, which authorize to put a safety sign on a product).
Top quality is our chief aim, therefore, all processes, especially production ones are in agreement with the requirements of ISO 9001:2000, ISO/TS 16949:2002 and ISO 14001:2004.
Caring for the environment, we try to minimize all kinds of wastes and monitor and utilize all those produced in the production process according to the legal standards and regulations.
